being a saxophone (poem)

saxophone sound dances

her notes

the way I want

to move

swooping

burst!

sweeping

tremulously seeping

silken musical caress,

brashness spilling into soft pools

still

soulfulness

BREATH

big

bounding sound

arcing

swaying graceful

moments

BREATH

between notes

where art lies

 hearts

beat
